The plaintiffs allege infringement of letters patent to Crabtree, No. 2,007,078, issued July 2, 1935, for an invention in pile fabric. The answer, in addition to denying infringement and alleging invalidity, sets forth a counterclaim, alleging infringement by the plaintiffs of eight letters patent.
