This appeal challenges a decree cancelling a lease and its modifications for fraud in the inception thereof, and for substantial breach of performance.

Appellants, lessees of a moving picture theater owned by appellees Kramer, filed a bill in equity alleging defects in structure and maintenance of the building and its equipment, in part due to the owners' negligence, and praying for a reduction in rental due to reduced seating capacity...
