The National Labor Relations Board found that the Gallup American Coal Company had violated Sections 8(1) and 8(3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158, and that such practices affected commerce within the meaning of Sections 2(6) and 2(7) of the Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 152.
