Statement.

This is the second appeal in this case. The appellants are the owners of all of a series of bonds issued by Yell County, Arkansas, in 1928, to fund indebtedness of the County which was outstanding in 1925. They brought this action originally in equity against the County and its officers and Sovereign Camp Woodmen of the World as defendants to have it decreed that the bonds held by appellants were on a parity with and...
