This is a suit for alleged infringement of the Pollak patent No. 1,592,502, issued July 13, 1926, covering a lead pencil. The suit was originally brought against three defendants, but it was stipulated at the trial that the title might be amended to name Eversharp, Inc., formerly the Wahl Company, as the sole defendant.
