In October, 1935, two indictments were returned in the United States Court for Eastern Oklahoma. One, containing two counts, was against Dewey Gilmore, Russell Land Cooper, Leo O'Malley, alias Irish, Leonard Short, and Jack Miller, alias J. J. Miller.
