This is an action by a trustee in bankruptcy to set aside under Sec. 70, sub. e, of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 110, sub. e, a bulk sale by the bankrupt to the defendant of one hundred and forty-three cigarette-vending machines, together with their contents, and to recover the value thereof.
