PER CURIAM.

This was an action for false arrest, and was begun February 21, 1940. Answer was filed the following March 18th. Pretrial proceeding was set for March 11, 1941, but at the instance of counsel for the plaintiff was continued first to March 19th and again to March 27th. Thereafter the cause went on the trial docket as a non-jury case, and in April counsel asked for an order of court authorizing the taking of plaintiff's deposition in Chicago. The court declined...
