In this habeas corpus case the three petitioners are Negroes who were indicted, tried, convicted and sentenced to be executed for first degree murder by the Criminal Court of Baltimore. Their appeal to this court to be released from their imprisonment is based on the alleged constitutional ground that in the selection of the Grand Jury which indicted them, and the Petit Jury which tried them there...
