By a bill of interpleader, the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company invoked the aid of the Court to require the defendants, who are adverse claimants to a fund in its possession in which it claims no interest, to interplead their respective claims in this action to the end that the plaintiff might obtain the relief usually accorded a disinterested stakeholder in such proceedings.
