Massie, who, in 1930, entered into an agreement with the appellee by which he paid to her and her attorney certain sums in cash, and agreed to give her a monthly allowance during her lifetime, furnish her with a house, and provide that his executors and administrators set aside a sufficient sum of money in trust to provide...
