This is an appeal from a judgment entered for the defendant in a suit for patent infringement. The subject matter is Trube Patent No. 2,111,483. Trube was plaintiff's assignor. The claims in suit are numbers 28 to 33, inclusive, and 35 to 38, inclusive, plaintiff having consented to dismissal as to other claims.
