Henry Hawk has appealed from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska denying the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus and dismissing the petition for the writ. Hawk is an inmate of the Nebraska State Penitentiary under a life sentence for first degree murder, which sentence was imposed by the District Court of Douglas County, Nebraska, in 1936.
