Appellant, the Chesapeake & Ohio Railway Company, appeals from a judgment of $6,000 for personal injuries recovered by the appellee, Elmer Richardson, under the provisions of the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. §§ 51-59.
