This is an appeal from an order adjudicating the appellants guilty of contempt of court. The appellants, New Mexico water users of the waters of the Gila River, were charged with having violated the injunctive feature of a decree of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona affecting and defining the water rights of the United States and of the several defendants in the waters of Gila River in Arizona and New Mexico.
