Rutkowski, 6 Cir., 69 F.2d 143, the only question raised upon this appeal is whether a chattel mortgage upon the assets of the bankrupt created, as against the trustee in bankruptcy, a valid lien against the bankrupt's estate, in view of the requirements of § 8564, Ohio General Code.
