This is a petition to review an order of the National Labor Relations Board.1

For approximately 15 years prior to 1924, the Chino Copper Company,2 a corporation, owned and operated an open pit copper mine at Santa Rita and a reduction works at Hurley, in Grant County, New Mexico. In 1924, the physical assets of Chino were acquired by the Ray Consolidated Copper Company.
