This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania awarding damages to the plaintiff for infringement of copyright by the defendants, and enjoining further infringement. The subject-matter of the litigation consists of three pictures of figures in clerical vestments. These pictures were originally brought by a representative of the plaintiff, who is a publisher of men's fashions, to the defendants...
