On January 29, 1934, the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States issued and delivered to James Orfanos1 a policy of insurance on his life in the sum of $7,500, and providing for double indemnity in the event death was caused by accident. He made his brother, Christ Orfanos,2 beneficiary, but reserved the right to change the beneficiary...
