Having allowed two claims in appellant's application, which is owned by the Pangborn Corporation of Hagerstown, Maryland, the Primary Examiner of the United States Patent Office rejected claims 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41 and 42, from which decision appeal was taken to the Board of Appeals, whose decision affirmed that of the examiner. Upon appeal to this court, appellant moved to dismiss claims 36, 39, 40 and 41, which motion to dismiss is granted...
