Bessie M. Vale and her husband filed separate suits for damages on account of personal injuries suffered by Mrs. Vale, allegedly through the defendant's negligence. The cases were tried together. At the conclusion of the trial the defendant presented points for binding instructions which the trial court reserved. The jury returned a verdict for each of the plaintiffs.
