Mr. and Mrs. L. L. Farris, appellants, purchased admission tickets to, and attended, the Hollywood Theatre in Fort Worth, Texas. As they were leaving their seats in the theatre after seeing the program, Mrs. Farris fell and sustained serious and painful injuries. She filed a suit for damages against Interstate Circuit, Inc., the lessor and operator of the theatre, charging that the negligent and improper construction and lighting of the building...
