Appellant filed its application with the United States Patent Office to register the word "Chantelle" under the Trade-Mark Act of February 20, 1905, 15 U.S.C.A. § 81 et seq., as a trade-mark for cheese. The examiner refused such registration on the ground that the word "Chantelle" is merely a geographical name which under section 5 of said act is forbidden registration. The examiner stated that the word "Chantelle" is found in Lippincott's Gazetteer...
