This appeal is taken from a judgment rendered on a verdict in favor of the appellee, who brought an action under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S. C.A. § 51 et seq., to recover damages for the death of her husband, Samuel Hillen, who was injured while working as a switchman in appellant's terminal railroad yards at the Fort Street Union Depot in Detroit, Michigan.
