This is a consolidated appeal from three judgments of the District Court dismissing appellant's complaints in three actions brought under Section 4915, R.S.,1 and consolidated for trial in that court. The Patent Office rejected the disputed applications for lack of invention over the prior art, and the District Court reached a similar conclusion.
