By this suit plaintiff seeks to enjoin defendants from drilling for oil and gas upon a certain two-acre tract of land located in the Northwest Corner portion of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 6 South, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian, Franklin County, Illinois. Plaintiff claims sole right and title to the oil and gas under said two acres and the right to injunctive relief against defendants...
