Complaint was filed against Bowen Motor Coaches charging that it was engaged in unfair labor practices contrary to the provisions of Section 8(1) (2) (3) and (5) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 158(1-3, 5). After hearings the Board dismissed the complaint insofar as it charged violations of Section 8(2) (3) and (5), and found the respondent guilty of unfair labor practices in violation of Section 8(1).
