This appeal is taken by William C. Rafert, a farmer bankrupt, to reverse orders of the District Court which direct the appointment of a trustee to dispose of or liquidate two mortgaged farms belonging to the bankrupt, either by disclaiming said real estate as burdensome, or by giving leave to the creditors who have the mortgage liens thereon to complete the foreclosure actions against the same which they have pending in the state courts....
