Petitioners appeal from a judgment of the District Court to the effect that respondent is not such a corporation as may be adjudged bankrupt. Petitioners had filed an involuntary petition alleging that respondent was a business corporation; that it was indebted to petitioner in sums aggregating some $94,000; that it was insolvent and had committed an act of bankruptcy in that it had made a general assignment for the benefit of its creditors...
