Anthony Lozito filed a voluntary petition in bankruptcy in the District Court for the Eastern District of New York on April 15, 1938. He was duly adjudicated a bankrupt and on July 11, 1938 filed his petition for a discharge. Henry Albert, a judgment creditor, filed specifications of objection to the petition for discharge. The only one seriously pressed and now important is that the bankrupt testified falsely in the proceedings in that he testified...
