On December 30, 1922, the plaintiffs, who are husband and wife, jointly executed a trust conveying to Edward C. Crossett, as trustee, a three-ninths undivided interest in the Crossett Land & Investment Company, which the plaintiffs owned as copartners, for the equal benefit of each of their three minor children. Unless revoked, the trust for the benefit of each child was to continue for her life, and at her death the property was to be conveyed...
