On August 21, 1938, William Daniel Loudermilk and Harold Starling Loudermilk were killed when the automobile in which they were riding collided with a bus of the Atlantic Greyhound Corporation. Harold Loudermilk owned the automobile and was operating it at the time of the accident; William Daniel Loudermilk was riding as a guest. Mrs. William Daniel Loudermilk sued Atlantic Greyhound Corporation to recover damages for the death of her husband...
