This is an appeal from an order dismissing a libel filed by five Greek seamen against the Greek steamship Leonidas. The purpose of the libel was to recover as balance of wages a so-called "war bonus" of 80% of the basic wage scale plus two pounds ten shillings per day while in belligerent areas.
