The petitioner alleges therein that he was born in Berlin, Germany, on February 5, 1890, of the German race; that he is a writer; that on June 13 1927, while in the United States on a visit, he married his wife Mildred, a native-born American citizen, at Bowling Green, Ohio, and that she resides with him.
