This is an appeal from a judgment based upon the findings of the trial judge that Shulf Black, a distracted person, was permanently and totally disabled from January 15, 1921.

Black was granted war risk yearly renewable term insurance payable in the event of death or total permanent disability occurring while the contract was in force. He entered the service on September 19, 1917; on September 21, 1917, he was examined at Camp Taylor...
