Appellants are the members of Dominick and Dominick, a New York partnership, engaged in the stock brokerage business in New York City. They instituted this action in equity to compel the Standard Oil Company of Indiana to transfer to appellants one hundred shares of that corporation's common stock, represented by a certificate then in the name of Forrest L.
