Polaris Iron Company brought suit against R. G. Trippett and A. H. Meadows for an accounting for profits realized by the defendants upon the sale of the assets of the Texota Corporation. Five other former owners of stock in Texota Corporation intervened in the suit and joined in the demand of Polaris Iron Company.
