This is an action in equity brought by appellant, a citizen of Ohio, against appellees, citizens of Illinois, except the Sohio Corporation, which is a citizen of Delaware. It asks that appellant be declared the owner of certain interests in certain tracts of land hereinafter mentioned, and that appellees be ordered to pay him his share of the proceeds of the oil taken from the property hereinafter referred to.
