Appellees charged appellant with infringement of Lander Patent No. 1,429,288, and Benedict and Glose Reissue Patent No. 18,188. The first patent was issued September 19, 1922, on an application filed February 19, 1920. The second was issued September 15, 1931, on an application filed September 17, 1927. This patent was a reissue of original patent No. 1,603,506, which in turn was issued on October 19, 1926, on an application filed April 8, 1920...
