This action was instituted by Reynolds & Reynolds Company, of Dayton, Ohio, against Henry Norick and Walter Norick of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, copartners engaged in business under the trade name Norick Bros., Printers. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court. Both are engaged in the printing business and are competitors, particularly in the printing and furnishing of forms for use by automobile dealers and agencies...
