An order was issued by the National Labor Relations Board in a consolidated proceeding against Stanolind Oil & Gas Co. and Standard Oil Co. of Indiana. Stanolind Oil & Gas Co. is doing business in the Fifth Circuit. Standard Oil Company of Indiana is not.
