This is defendant's appeal from judgment in favor of the plaintiff for $160,821.92, entered in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. The jury returned a verdict for $100,000 and the trial judge thereafter granted the plaintiff's motion to add interest of $60,821.92 to the judgment.
