Plaintiff-appellee recovered judgment for damages caused by the alleged fraudulent misrepresentations and conduct of defendant corporation. The gist of plaintiff's claim was that he had been deprived of his rights under the Indiana Workmen's Compensation Law through reliance upon the misrepresentations of defendant; that the misrepresentations concealed from the plaintiff the fact that he had suffered a fractured hip in the course of his employment...
