This is an appeal from a judgment upon a war risk insurance policy. The sole issue below was whether the insured became permanently and totally disabled, thereby maturing the policy, before it lapsed for nonpayment of premiums, on January 31, 1919. Appellant moved for a directed verdict when appellee rested, and again at the close of all the testimony. After verdict, appellant made a motion, that the verdict be set aside and a new trial granted...
