After the Board of Appeals in the Patent Office refused to issue Letters Patent in respect to six claims made by Rupert S. Daniels, he filed a bill of complaint in the District Court which prayed that the Patent Office be directed to grant such Letters.1 The bill was dismissed and the plaintiff appeals.
