This is an appeal in a suit involving patent infringement and unfair competition in the claiming of such infringement. The plaintiff is the Hanson-Van Winkle-Munning Company, a manufacturer of electroplating apparatus, which in the year 1935 sold and installed an electroplating machine for Revere Copper & Brass, Inc., of Rome, N.
