It will there appear that in a suit for infringement brought by plaintiff, assignee of Patent No. 1,968,008, granted July 24, 1934, to George A. Chapman and John W. Littleford, for "Concentration of Minerals", the court held the patent valid and infringed. Thereupon defendant took this appeal...
