This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court in an action brought by plaintiff-appellees to recover on an insurance policy issued by appellant insurer upon the life of Yee Sheong. Appellees Yee Lim Shee and Tong Yee (Tong Yee Shee) were named beneficiaries in the policy, as was one Joe Yee. Joe Yee predeceased the insured and appellee James M. Hanley, as executor of the last will and testament...
