This is the first case under the recent Act of Congress (Chandler Act) approved July 28, 1939 which added a new chapter to the Bankruptcy Act, designated Chapter 15, entitled "Railroad Adjustments".1 The petitioners are the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, a Maryland corporation, and three of its subsidiaries.
