The above action was brought in the District Court for the Western District of New York on February 25, 1932, to recover upon a policy of war risk insurance taken out by Thaddeus Zielinski, the plaintiff's deceased husband. The United States filed no answer. The action was begun by William A. Fox as the plaintiff's attorney.
